Jul 23, 2026"I usually hate this CFA because they always mess up my order and the line never flows so I only stop here if I have no choice HOWEVER, I waited in a long line today and the employee at the drive thru line worked really hard to get everyone through the line and he was so delightful and kind and for that I believe TaMari deserves a shout out!! He was so pleasant the wait didn’t even bother me. S/o to him!! Thank you."

Jun 27, 2026"I want to give major credit to the team at Chick-fil-A Northlake on February 9th. The manager (an older Black gentleman) went above and beyond for me, my granddaughter, and other customers. On that visit, my 3-year-old granddaughter found a razor blade on our table-a serious safety concern. The staff responded immediately, were very apologetic, and handled it with urgency and care. This is the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. Great food and outstanding service-thank you to this team for making customers feel valued and safe!"

Jun 25, 2026"Despite having the Chick-fil-A signage out front, this location is far from welcoming. The people inside were not rude, it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. My sandwich was rung up incorrectly, and I was pressed for time. The fries were lukewarm, and although we were eating in, we were given no table placard. The restaurant was very clean though. Skip eating in at this location."

Jun 13, 2026"This morning I went to this Chick-fil-A, I am a signature member. I have been eating at Chick-fil-A for so many years, but today was the first time that I was not a satisfied customer. The middle aged white woman at the window did not greet me at all, but we're greeting the other customers in the regular drive-through line. She also did not say my pleasure. Every time I come here, the customer service is spectacular, But for some reason today, the ladies did not show me good customer service skills."
